Responsibilities
- Onboard new law firm clients and ensure smooth implementation
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic performance reviews
- Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and optimization
- Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain client satisfaction scores and retention metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client services
- Experience working with law firms or legal industry (preferred)
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail
