Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive support via chat, email, and video calls
Onboard new users and guide them through product features
Monitor account health and prevent churn
Document FAQs and improve help center content
Collaborate with product and support teams on feedback
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer support or success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Empathy-driven with a problem-solving mindset
Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Intercom, etc.)
Basic tech-savviness; no-code tools a plus
