GavelGrow SMS — automated and two-way text messaging delivered on behalf of law firm subscribers operating through the GavelGrow platform. Registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and U.S. wireless carriers under the A2P 10DLC framework. Last updated April 15, 2026.
These SMS Terms supplement GavelGrow main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They govern any SMS sent to or received by you through a GavelGrow-powered law firm.
You will never receive unsolicited promotional content unrelated to the law firm you initiated contact with.
Typical range is 1 to 10 messages per month. Frequency varies based on your interaction with the law firm. We will never send more messages than necessary to fulfill the service you requested.
Your mobile carrier may charge for each incoming and outgoing text message. GavelGrow and the subscribing law firm are not responsible for carrier charges. Check with your carrier for plan details before opting in.
Opt-in records (timestamp, method, source) are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 4 years.
Text STOP to any message for an immediate, permanent unsubscribe. Other accepted opt-out keywords: UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. Opting out from one law firm does not opt you out from other GavelGrow-powered firms.

Compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi, and Tracfone. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages — delivery depends on network conditions outside our control.

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder of the mobile device. You represent that you have authority to provide consent for the phone number being enrolled.
Messages do not constitute legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship unless a written engagement agreement is executed. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive legal information by SMS — contact the law firm directly by phone for those matters.
Material changes will be communicated by updated effective date on this page, SMS notification (where legally required), and email to the primary contact. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance — text STOP to unsubscribe if you disagree.
