Can you send via WhatsApp?

Today, SMS and email only (via Twilio + Resend). WhatsApp Business API integration is on the product roadmap. In the meantime, many immigration clients prefer SMS anyway — we honor STOP/HELP and track consent the same way.

How do you handle document collection compliance?
