Immigration: Meet leads in their language.

Immigration leads come from referrals, social media, and Spanish-language search. GavelGrow handles multi-language intake, WhatsApp-compatible SMS, and visa-specific workflows — built for TCPA + bar rules. Marketing for law firms and no one else, every channel, since 2015.

The immigration ledger — modelled market ranges

Volume economics with a trust premium: the firm that responds in the client's language signs the client — and then the client's community. These figures are modelled and illustrative — your ledger is built from your own numbers.

The case is decided at intake, not in the ads

The moment. They search at night, in their own language, for someone they can trust with everything — their status, their family, their story.

The window. One family's trust becomes a community's referrals; one clumsy reply loses both.

The play. Bilingual intake automation answers in the language of the inquiry, consent is logged on every message, and community referral sources are tracked — so you can see which relationships actually build the practice.

Three ways immigration firms bleed cases

  1. Spanish-speaking leads hit a wall. Most intake forms and automations are English-only. A large share of your leads speak Spanish at home. You're losing many of them at first contact.
  2. Visa-specific intake is different per case. Asylum intake is different from family-based is different from H-1B. Generic forms collect too much or too little — both kill conversion.
  3. WhatsApp vs SMS confusion. Many immigration leads prefer WhatsApp. Your current CRM doesn't track it, your automation doesn't send to it, and compliance is unclear.

What the system runs for immigration firms

Good numbers are relative

Benchmarked against volume immigration practices with multilingual intake, where referral chains carry more weight than click prices. The platform's benchmarks are modelled for your practice area and market size — labeled as modelled, never passed off as measured.

Frequently asked questions

Does the platform support Spanish / bilingual intake?

Yes. Pre-built Spanish sequences are available today. Lead records track preferred language, and automation sends in the right language automatically. Portuguese, French, and Mandarin templates are in development — ask us for current status.

Can you send via WhatsApp?

Today, SMS and email only (via Twilio + Resend). WhatsApp Business API integration is on our roadmap — contact us for the latest timeline. In the meantime, SMS works well — we honor STOP/HELP and track consent the same way.

How do you handle document collection compliance?

Clients upload documents to encrypted storage. All files are AES-256 encrypted at rest, and access is audit-logged — clients can revoke access at any time. For medical-related matters, files stay in encrypted, audit-logged storage; we do not currently sign HIPAA BAAs.

Can we track different visa types separately?

Yes. Leads can be tagged with a visa type (asylum, H-1B, family-based, etc.). Dashboard segments show CPL, conversion rate, and ROI by visa type — so you can double down on the highest-value case types.
