Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and deploy backend APIs and services
Optimize application performance and scalability
Lead architecture discussions and code reviews
Collaborate with product and design teams
Mentor junior developers and set coding standards
Requirements
5+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Strong grasp of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
Experience with agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills
